Merlin Form /Fill / Seal Wrapper

The Merlin is a fully automatic F/F/S wrapper designed on a modular frame to form and seal flat film around your product without producing any waste or trim. The machine features a 16" or 24" wide rotary hot knife cross seal and produces a static overlap bottom seal with packaging speeds up to 120 feet of film per minute or a maximum 100 packages per minute, depending on film type and gauge.

Two models are available. The Fixed Mechanical is for dedicated products or long production runs. For quick change-overs, the Adjustable Mechanical features hand wheel adjustments for product length and spacing.
