The Model BM Blister Sealer is a two station shuttle machine available in two sizes. The BM2020 features a 20" x 20" sealing platen and can accept up to a 3.5" deep blister. The BM3025 features a 30" x 25" sealing platen and can accept up to a 4.25" deep blister. The heavy-duty sealing platen, designed to resist warping, maintains the proper temperature for sealing while assuring even pressure distribution across the entire sealing fixture. The machine operation is safe, quick and reliable. An operator places the blister into the seal fixture, loads product and then places the card material into position. Spring pins locate the card in relation to the blister. The carrier holding the fixture is then advanced into the enclosed sealing chamber and the machine automatically seals the card to the blister. A second operator can double production by loading or unloading product during the process. Standard Features:
